    1. PRICING HARMONY:

    The Affiliate and Company pledge to maintain a cooperative pricing relationship. The Affiliate is committed to providing the Company with preferential wholesale pricing, distinct from retail rates. The Affiliate does not offer superior pricing to any other network, client, or customer for the same services once a quote has been provided to the Company.

    2. QUOTES ASSURANCE:

    The Affiliate assures promptness in providing written quotes for requested services when the Company requests them. These quotes are guaranteed for at least ten days, subject to the Affiliate's availability.

    3. CHARTER COMMITMENT:

    When required, the Affiliate promises to swiftly furnish the Company with comprehensive written charter orders to secure transportation for Company clients. Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of the request.

    4. CANCELLATION RESPECT:

    The Company demonstrates consideration by not imposing cancellation fees for charters canceled with more than 72 hours notice.

    5. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS PLEDGE:

    The Company commits to a no-deposit policy for charter bookings. All charter orders are expected to be pre-paid within three days before the trip using various payment methods, including credit cards. The Company assures the Affiliate that proper credit card authorization forms are on file.

    6. OVERTIME AND DAMAGE HANDLING:

    Overtime services should only be provided with prior approval from a Company staff member. Any damages should be promptly collected from passengers at the time of occurrence. The Company acknowledges the importance of the Affiliate's equipment maintenance and assumes no responsibility for its damages.

    7. VEHICLE VIGILANCE:

    As an Affiliate, the commitment is to ensure all buses for charter services meet local, state, and federal regulations, possess the necessary license insurance, and pass inspections. Furthermore, they should be in excellent working condition.

    8. Drivers' Dedication:

    Affiliates commit to employing licensed drivers listed on their insurance policies. These drivers must possess the required certifications, licenses, and endorsements to operate the equipment safely.

    9. Insurance Integrity:

    The Affiliate pledges to maintain a minimum of $5,000,000.00 in insurance coverage for all scheduled and operated vehicles. The Company must be listed as an "additional insured" on the Affiliate's insurance policy.

    10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY:

    All clients, passengers, and customers introduced to the Affiliate by the Company are the Company's exclusive property. The Affiliate agrees not to engage in selling, marketing, or promoting their services or brand to these clients without prior consent from the Company. The confidentiality of information related to charter orders provided by the Company is upheld.

    11. EQUIPMENT RELIABILITY AND OVERBOOKING ASSURANCE:

    The Affiliate commits to ensuring the provision of contracted services regardless of equipment failures or overbooking, barring acts of nature. At their own expense, the Affiliate must replace equipment or subcontract the charter without causing inconvenience to the Company or its clients in case of equipment failure.

    12. SUBLETTING AND FARMED-OUT SERVICE PROCEDURES:

    The Affiliate may not sublet or outsource work provided by the Company without obtaining express consent and authorization from the Company.

    13. LEGAL LEVERAGE:

    This agreement is safeguarded by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes will be resolved through Clark County, State of Nevada.

    14. SOLE AGREEMENT STATEMENT:

    This agreement represents the exclusive understanding between the Affiliate and the Company, superseding any other agreements, whether spoken, inferred or in writing.

    By becoming an Affiliate with the Company, you willingly adhere to these distinctive terms and conditions.
