Hi Ace, Here is my review! Thank you so much!! As a chaperone to a 50+ group of students, I was tasked with getting us to and from the airport for our flights to Ecuador/Galapagos. Kings Charters had the best pricing around and were quick to communicate with me about charting a shuttle bus. They made the ride to the airport smooth and easy by answering my emails and calls and also being right on time! On our trip back, my flight was delayed so I was quite nervous but I was able to call Kings Charters and get my questions answered and also was given my driver's cell number so I could keep him updated on our schedule. When we landed, I was able to quickly find out the bus based on the information provided and we were on our way home!! Great job helping to provide information and communication for our trip! We were very pleased with the charter bus services provided by King Charter for the wedding of my daughter in Morristown NJ in May 2023. The bus arrived in time early in the morning and transported our guests to Legacy Castle, NJ. The driver was courteous. Team Kings could be reached even on weekends and after office hours. They went the extra mile in making sure all of our guests were transported in time to the wedding venue and brought back to Hotel Hyatt. I would highly recommend King Charter all over the USA for charter bus needs.

Air Base Wing Joint Base Langley VA I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for Mr. Daniel Hawk and Kings Charter in our recent Church pilgrimage trip to Washington, DC using a coach tour bus. Daniel's customer service was excellent. He responded promptly to each inquiry and was repeatedly available via email and phone. He was proactive in anticipating needs. He assisted in problem-solving when we encountered a logistics challenge and some technological difficulties. He helped us get company signatures for paperwork required by the Federal Government in a quick 48-hour turnaround. Our bus was great -- bathroom, Wi-Fi, DVD video, screens & microphone systems. It was comfortable, clean, and on time. Our driver was excellent in navigating the streets of DC in a big coach tour bus and helping us to maintain our tight time schedule. Regarding the service that initially Daniel provided us and Ace followed, we have absolutely no complaints, on the contrary. The service was excellent throughout the whole process and on multiple occasions. This meant the service they personally provided consistently met our expectations as customers, even after business days and hours. Their great customer service was quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic and they solved minimal issues that arose during the service period.
